One part of my role as Community Manager was to provide online customer support. I used social media monitoring tools, like Hootsuite and Mention, to monitor our online brand reputation and to quick respond to customer concerns. Below, you’ll find examples of the graphics I created for our residential brand, for distribution on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
The majority of the posts below include positive messages that customers shared in response to the hard work from the customer service team. Each customer expressed verbal consent to have their posts publicly shared online, and these graphics were taken from Schlage’s public social media channels.
